Beef comes out to $5.00 hanging weight. On average, a whole beef is around 800-900 pounds on the rail, a half of a beef weighs around 400-450 pounds on the rail and, a quarter is 200-225 pounds on the rail . We take an initial deposit upon reserving your quarter, half or whole, and you will pay the remainder at your time of pickup. Your total will be dependent on the exact weight of the animal you are receiving. We will send you an invoice with the total when we finish processing your beef.

We sell half a pork for $375 and a whole pork for $750. Curing hams and bacon is an additional $1.50 per pound, and ground sausage is an extra $1 per pound.
