BEEF
Slaughter Fee: $135
Processing Fee: $1.12 per pound rail weight
Additional Charges: Single Packaged Steaks: $75/ beef Split into Quarters: $25 per Quarter Minimum Processing Fee: $600 Oversized Animal Fee (1,000-1250#’s on rail): $110 Oversized Animal Fee (1250-1500#’s on rail): $125 Oversized Animal Fee (1,500#’s + on rail): $150
HOGS
Slaughter Fee: $100
Processing Fee: $1.12 per pound rail weight
Additional Charges:
Single Packaged Chops/Steaks: $50/hog Ground Sausage: $1 per pound
Curing Bacon/Ham/ Hocks: $1.50 per pound
LAMB/GOAT
Slaughter & Processing Fee: USDA Processing- $200 Custom Exempt Processing- $185 per head
Additional Charges: Oversized Animal Fee (over 110#’s on the rail): $50
CUSTOM LABELING
Custom Labeling is available for USDA Inspected processing only at this time.
How Custom Labeling works:
At time of scheduling you must notify us that you will be wanting a custom logo on your labels.
A graphic is needed at least 1 month prior (2 months prior for labels with special claims) to your scheduled slaughter date.
You will receive a Label proof for your approval. It is important that you check your proof and request any changes within 10 days of slaughter to ensure that your label is compete before processing.
Pricing
Custom Label without special claims: $150 base price Custom Label with special claims; i.e. Grass Fed; Antibiotic Free, All Natural etc.: $300 base price
Standard pricing for files in .jpeg; .png; .bpm format
Additional design cost of $25/hour based on work needed to edit design if files are in .gif; or other file type.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
We will call, text, or email you with the contact information you provide to let you know when your meat is ready to pick up.
We will hold your meat free of charge for 2 weeks after we contact you.
After 2 weeks, we charge a daily storage fee of $10 per animal.
After 4 weeks with no contact, we consider your meat “abandoned” and will donate or sell to recoup our costs of processing and storing.
