Bulk Beef Deposit

Beef comes out to $4.85 hanging weight. On average, a half of a beef weighs around 400 pounds on the rail and a whole beef is around 800 pounds on the rail. We take an initial deposit upon reserving your half or whole, and you will pay the remainder at your time of pickup. We will send you an invoice with the total when we finish processing your beef.
