Our team of expert butchers works to process your meat to your desired cuts and specifications and delivers a finished product that is vacuum-sealed and custom labeled.

HOW OUR PROCESS WORKS

Schedule your slaughter date by calling or booking through our online calendar.
2. FILL OUT
CUT SHEET
Fill out a cut sheet before your appointment. Click the button below to find the right cut sheet for your animal that needs processing.
3. DROP OFF
ANIMAL
Bring your animal between 7:30 and 8am on your scheduled kill date along with your brand inspection. Please also make sure you’ve completed a cutting sheet or have your completed cut sheet with you at drop off.
4. PICK UP
YOUR MEAT
We will give you a call to let you when your meat is ready for pick up. We kindly ask that you pick up your finished product within 8 business days. Not able to make it in time? Ask us about our long-term storage options.
